微波合成儀|Milestone|Microwave Synthesis

平台式微波反應器,可進行密閉式水熱合成、固-固/固-氣合成、常壓玻璃反應器(可擴充5L, 10L)等應用。

微波合成:玻璃反應器

市售最大70L腔體設計,可客製化設計反應瓶組,廣泛適用大多數的常壓微波合成實驗,並可安裝實驗中加料或通入氣體進行反應的設計。

微波合成:高壓高溫密閉式水熱(Hydrothermal)合成

SK-15 密閉式瓶組:耐高壓(100bar)高溫(300度),您可進行單瓶密閉式微波合成研究,以及後續的平行放大微波合成反應。

高壓反應的好處?

  1. 可提高反應溫度,來提高合成反應的速率,讓產率大幅提升
  2. 易揮發的反應物或生成物可以有效保存
  3. 耐高壓瓶組的特殊設計,最小反應物體積可以到小於1 ml
  4. 每個耐高壓瓶組為100 ml,因此最大反應體積可以達到1.5 L (15支),讓產率有效提升(平行放大合成反應)

微波合成:固-固合成反應 / 固-液合成反應 

均勻的微波固態合成反應,反應過程中可移除氣體甚至降低反應空間的氣壓,而這種真空環境下亦可進行濃縮產物,加快整體的反應速度,此配備可同時兼顧了合成實驗中的均勻反應反應速率濃縮等實驗程序。

  • 上圖中為客戶的微波合成反應,實驗必須連續20小時進行微波加熱,不間斷的紀錄反應溫度並自動化的入料、入氣。
