TRPL│Edinburgh Instrument|時間解析螢光光譜儀FS5

FS5光致發光(PL)螢光光譜儀,是為了滿足材料研究與產業界分析的高度要求。具備卓越的光學設計與鏡面優化等技術經驗,同級PL最好的光譜分析速度、光譜解析度與光譜訊號感度等優異特點。此外FS5提供許多獨特的升級方案,包括最遠可達1650 nm的近紅外(NIR)光譜範圍,時間解析(Time-resolved)光致螢光/磷光生命週期(Lifetime)量測功能,偏極光(Polarisation)/各向異性(Anisotropy) 等等。適合初次踏入研究發光材料及其反應機制的新興學者。

  • 除了標準可見光偵測器之外,預留額外的偵測器孔位,方便使用者日後升級。
  • 水拉曼(water Raman)訊造比:6000:1,提供高感度、高靈敏度的設備效能。
  • 隨插即用(Plug & Play)多種量測模式,使用者在不同量測方式之間切換更便利。
  • 整合式軟體設計,軟體整合參數控制、光譜收集、光譜處理、報告列印等功能。
  • 所有光譜處理皆在同一個視窗進行,不需要額外多開附屬軟體。
  • 吸收光譜(Absorption spectra)量測、色度座標(Chromacity coordinates)計算、絕對量子產率(Absolute Quantum Yield)計算等實用軟體功能。

  • 時間解析(Time-Resolved)光致螢光/磷光光譜量測。
  • 擴充至最遠1650nm的光譜範圍,提供近紅外光譜分析能力。
  • 偏振各異向性螢光量測,適合蛋白質結構分析。
